Can we get some pictures of it actually installed? I'd like to see how you ran your pipe because I'm compiling a shopping cart with headers and mandrel bends because the shops around here only do crush bends.

That perfectly describes every Disco II project I have done.

ok so ive been super swamped with work all month ( having a full time job and trying to start my own business nights and weekends) I have noticed a 50 mile gain on a tank of gas difference driving stop and go traffic. haven't gone anywhere yet requireing a lot of freeway driving to give that end of gas mileage.

as per the shopping cart of exhaust parts...
long tube headers for the range rover 3.9 .. believe theres a link on here from summit
as well as the flowmaster 70 series muffler from summit
4 bosch 02 sensors from amazon
4 o2 weldable bungs off ebay
2 right angle o2 extensions off ebay... believe theres a link on here
I remember getting from pepboys/autozone... 1 , 3 ft straight pipe 2.5 ", a couple shorter pieces and a bunch of elbows, and a couple hangers

I basically got the muffler where I wanted after installing the headers, and marked things out and cut and welded, the rear ends above the rear axle angling downward like an "S"

as for codes... none yet, only the dam 0455 code, but fixed it with a Hyundai part. some of my gas mileage on the tank was with that code on as well.. any one really want pics? I will try n upload them tonight or tomorrow night

I'd love to get the pics. I'm not going to be able to pick up my bends from the parts store down the street (mandrel bends) and I really don't want to order them, start to put it together, then need more. Haha

Thanks Jessee. Glad to hear it about the gas mileage too, and good luck with the business! I've never done it myself (yet), but several family members have and I know what that's like.

Why not "Y" the two into a 3" and run one tube over the axle?
