Hey my name is Sean and recently became a member. I have had my 04 disco for about a year and a half. Recently I had the check engine light come on with codes saying bad 02 sensor and misfire in cylinder 4 and 8. I have replaced the plugs and wires and 02 sensor but still having same problem. I'm also noticing spotting on my drive way. Doesn't seem like I'm losing coolant or if I am in small amounts. Engine runs smoother than before but its still rough and can feel misfire at idle and white smoke at start up. About a year ago I had the coolant reservoir changed cause the old one had a crack in it. All signs point to head gasket which is alright but do you think it could be something else simpler? or something far worse? I'm currently in college so my money situation is not great but I do have enough if its the head gasket.
