What is that other plug that he first removed. I was leaking oil from there pretty bad once, and it was hand loose. (back first when i got the truck). Just wondering if anyone knew off hand.

On a 2002 you should have an oil cooler pipe attached there, the 2004 does not have an oil cooler and so there is just a nut to plug the hole.

Yea I just have the nut too, well it's more of a bolt or plug but no pipe. I wonder if it was removed at some point.

Can someone shoot a picture of the nut. I may tighten it a bit as I have found most bolts on this 4.6 come a bit loose after 7 years of driving. Like the bolts on my throttle body heater were all 3 loose. I still replaced it with the new kit.

Has anyone attempted to tighten the oil pressure sensor on the front cover with a deep socket?. I read a post where a guy had a oil leak and tighten it up. No more oil leak! A lot of stuff is simple. I could see where you would mistake that for a front crankshaft seal leak too.

For the oil psi unit you need a big wrench, not sure what size it is, but its big.
I think it is the same as the drain plug on a DI.
