Ha! I'm thinking the previous owner had them off fairly recently. I know they were off about a year ago when they did the brakes, but I actually think they had a different set of wheels on the truck and put the stock ones back to sell it. Funny enough, the 1st random one I picked was one of the hard ones and I was thinking, "Great... can't wait for the 19 others." The second one I almost fell over as it broke free very easy lol.
