How to install a new head gasket on a 4.6 liter
Hopefully, that time sert was just installed incorrectly...which would be extremely weird to leave it like that, and l mean extremely...but, most-likely...it wasn't installed like that...and it's actually coming out of the block. I'm surprised that you were able to achieve torque specifications on that hole. However, if it is being pulled out during the torquing process...it will eventually make contact with the head, again, and simply stop and reach torque specs...but, not actually be doing anything of substance.
Also, you should never, ever use any type of gasket-removing-bit that removes block material, especially on aluminum. You've in essence created a shallow divot in the block now and the deformity will not be filled properly with the new gasket material. Hopefully, you didn't do this and it works out. Time will tell.

Truth be told...and I don't want to sound rude...and I found your video very entertaining...but a lot of the procedures you guys used are plain and simply wrong. And, your video should probably be deleted...so no one else follows your directions. There is a procedure to torque the rocker arms; start in the center and work your way outward, evenly (you do not want it to bow). You guys used way to much lube on the head bolts; should have a thin/almost transparent coating of lube (you have enough there to cause issues - torque wise and hydraulic compression). Also, if heads were allow to move, since the time-sert is basically coming out, you should have had the heads checked for straightness/warpage. Most times, it is these types of errors or missed procedures that cause early failures.
Again, not trying to be rude...just pointing out errors in assembly.

Also, please don't take my comments to heart or to be hurtful...just trying to shed some light on the head gasket job. Being a mechanic for forty some years and things just jumped out at me. Anyhow, please don't get offended and leave, we need folks with your sense of humor and passion for rovers.
