I've looked before. If I recall, there is a company who makes them for a Buick 215 but I couldn't find any for a Rover V8.
That said, I'm pretty sure 215 and Rover V8 lifters are interchangable, so you could very well be able to call up said company and have them turn you one to Rover V8 specs. Shouldn't be a big deal. Possible as little a deal as not including the distributor cogging.
