buy a case of Dex III and just dump it and refill it a couple time, wait a couple days in between.

Thanks guys, had a tranny shop do the filter and backflush, $230 bucks but he said the same, dumped the fluid twice before and after the backflush but said wont be a 100% but will be fine, car shifts a lot smooter after the filter and oil change. Thx for the advice.
