Default I think it's my head "gasket"

The other day i drove by a used car lot and found my new toy. A Disco2 se with 114,000 miles on her. She had a slight oil leak from the oil pan. We made the deal and i took her home. I have put about 1k miles on her and now has a p0302 code. Replaced the coil packs and new mega core wires per some of the other posts. I also put in new plugs and still getting the P0302 code. It is leaking Antifreeze also but can not see where it is going and the antifreeze tank is always under pressure. I also smell a sweet smell when i start the truck.

The question is do i have a head gasket leak? I have it off the road for now. If it is a head gasket what other part should i do along the way and i was planning on doing a complete fluid change while i'm at it.

i have it pressure tested to see where the leak is coming from. @ 114k if the HG's were not done then its most likely time... check out the HG kit from Atlantic British. has nearly everything you need. just get some new head bolts and a new thermostat. give yourself a weekend and the RAVE manual and go do work.

Thanks i ordered the parts and will start next week. Not sure if the head was done already but now it's time.

Should i also replace the oil pump while i'm at it?

whats wrong with your oil pump you have?...

just make sure you get new head bolts and a new thermostat. check your hoses make sure they are not cracked anywhere. now would be a smart time to check for other leaks like oil pan and such. dried serpentine belt? no need to replace anything that is not worn out or broken. leave the pump as is.

Which year you have?
You can test oil pressure, but if its good then I would not bother changing the oil pump gears with your miles.
