Kyle @ 208-794-0210 is the rover guy...
So I stopped by there today. This guy is great. Found 2 wheel sensor codes and the shuttle valve. Cleared the codes and took it for a drive. Didn't come back. Gave me prices on ceramic brakes for the front. Also had dynamite prices for the wires that he says are just as good as the magnacore's, and the o2 sensor I need.

This guy has restored my faith. He provided me needed info and a service and only charged me 50 bucks. Love it.

Hey mods, how about a sticky with recommended mechanics listed by city. Obviously it wouldn't be perfect, but for schmo's like me it made all the difference in the world finding an honest mechanic. This guy is my recommendation for Boise.

Idaho and others with back door won't open problem, I had the same problem on my 98 Disco. Door won't open from inside or outside, then I found a suggestion on another site which worked perfect.

It was to removed the Land Rover label just by the back door handle on the outside and then spray (I used generous amounts) of your favorite lubricant all over the inside of the handle.

My door started working again after doing this and I hope it worked for you guys too!!
