That crimper both crimps and strips. You can pick up a cheapie one at WalMart and it comes with some crimps. I own a couple and they work just fine. They're like $5 I think.

 

Firstly, thanks to Alex_M. Walmart had a crimper and set of female slip ons for total of 12 bucks. Great savings.

I drilled the JBLs into the door. Used the existing 3 screws, and added one from the kit. They were the exact same size. You will notice that LR created partial indentions for a 4 screw speaker. That was helpful to drill through.
