I need to replace my Intake Gasket on my 90k mile 2000 Discovery. I need to do this in one weekend so I was wanting to ask someone who has done it what all I will need to order to do this job.

Replace the throttle body heater, they fail as a rule. Check the thin plastic throttle body heater hose, they also fail.
Are you replacing spark plugs wires? You may as well if you are taking the IM off.
