Default Intake manifold question

Went chasing the misfire on cylinder 7 by replacing the plugs/wires/coils all of which were due or overdue. Was hoping with my wife's small hands we could avoid pulling the intake.manifold, but alas we couldn't avoid it. I have the gasket to replace the old one, but had one question. Do I need to use rtx or any sealer on the gasket? I think no, but want to make sure. It'll be a job for tomorrow at this point...

Thanks! Thought so, but I started to doubt myself.

I've seen someone spray copper sealant crap onto one that was probably already used. It still leaked Hahah.
