Does engine turn over at all? If not, you are immobilized. With other problems you report, might be a bad battery and or a problem with the BCU (body control unit). You also have a fuse box under hood, and it has large bolt down fuse links that can be checked with a meter. The BCU drives the starter relay directly, and controls lots of other parts. Muliple fuses are involved.

It could be just as easy as a bad battery conncection, mine did that to me a couple of times and just tightening teh terminals fixed it.

Likewise, mine would just cut out. Switch the engine off and back on and nothing. I thought it was a major fuse to start with but it turned out to be a bad connection from the main neg battery cable. Some vigorous wiggling got it running again until I could change the cable.
