I believe terra firma first listed their springs as 2 and 3" then changed marketing to MD AND HD

Aaron, I have the same lift as you, it's a "2 inch HD lift" that nets more than 2", please refrain from swearing. Terrafirma does not sell a 3" lift kit for DIIs. Please get the catalog that I posted a link to for reassurance.

ZG sorry for being a dick, I deleted the posts. I guess forum posting is like drunk calling and texting, things not to do! Had a few drinks then read the discussion and you know the rest. I did get 3" in the rear out of mine lift and 2 in the front. Do you have HD bumpers and sliders?

Thank you Arron for the apology, I was also shocked in a sense to see you let loose like that. You and ZG are both dear friends of mine and I am glad to see you own up and know when a apology is due!

Thank you for the apology, I was mighty confused. The last post you made said "I'll look into that" haha. I have HD everything everywhere, I did not expect to net a 3" increase. I will post my numbers if I remember to measure today. I know it was around 20+ inches from the center of the wheel to the wheel arch, but I cannot recall.

The only reason I'm trying to make this point is because Terrafirma's massive catalog only lists up to a 2" lift for DIIs, but also includes 3" shocks for the DII.

I bought a 1" space for the front hoping it will sit level after I install it as well as the other parts. I will snap a pic in the am and post it for you. It is odd that your rear sits a little lower...

Are you confused yet you say you have a HD terra 3inch lift, and I have 2inch spacers and your front sits at 21inches & my front sits at 21 1/2 inches.

Thanks for the forgiveness guys, when Im wrong Im wrong. lr2001 now I am confused...you got that much lift with spacers on a stock suspension? I have currently 265/50/20 tires. Mine was really low when I added the ARB, and the TF did give me 3 in the rear. From my tread on tire to wheel arch in the front I have 6" and rear I have 7". My next buy will be smaller rims and tires. ZG please do as well as a pic of your Disco.

Here is pretty good price on 5 "mirage" alloys: DiscoWeb Message Boards

There are other stock rims I like the looks of better. In 16's I like the style 2 rims someone posted recently, or the style 3 rims that are on my truck. If you like 18's I like the look of the 03-04 "comet" wheels.

So here's my measurements. I think I'll throw the D1 spring seats in the rear and I should sit about level.
Front: 21.25"
Rear: 20.75"

This makes sense though, here's my estimate of the extra weight I have:
Front winch bumper with winch: 200+ lbs
Rock sliders with tree bars: 140lbs
rear HD bumper: 80lbs
roofrack with 4 hella 4000s and High lift jack - 120+lbs

So essentially I think the numbers make sense for the supposed 3" lift.
