Unhappy Loss of indicators and hazards

Hi Guys,
New to the forum, and to the Disco 2. Overnight my blinkers and hazards stopped working, when activated the lights illuminate on the dash, but do not work on the exterior of the vehicle.
There is no clicking sound either when these are flashing on the dash. I have checked all the fuses and all are ok. I have checked both relays in the internal fuse box and they appear to be functioning normally. I actually changed them out with the horn relays as a test and they worked fine there.
At the same time of the failure the rear wiper turned on and stayed on even when I disconnected the switch... I have removed the fuse for the wiper?

Any other pointers to help me trouble shoot?

Thanks
T

Fusebox - IDM that controls all of that is in the fusebox and cannot be replaced separately.

My issue was door locks and rear wiper doing funky things at the same time - long story - but had to replace the fuse box.

Read the RAVE about how signals flow for those items and it may help a bit.
