Default My Disco does'nt START

This morning the temperature was -10*C and my car does not START. The battery is good but it is impossible to start. Why this happened just in cooled weather. I want to say another fact, previously to happened this, my vehicle was very slow(clumsy) it lost power, and from exhaust issues a very black smoke. How do you think my friends may have pump problems? My engine is with Diesel TD5.
Please help me

Did you plug your truck in to a electrical plug? Diesel will gel up if it gets to cold.

Will it crank? Any codes?

Does the engine turn over at it's normal speed when you try and start it, do you wait till you glow plugs are hot?

Diesels don't like the cold to start up in, the cold block steals the heat from ignition. Recommend a plug block heater if youre so equipped. Let the glow plugs or grid heater (not sure what LR diesels have) work a bit before trying to start up. Also, check your fuel filter, you may have ice/water buildup. You should also toss in a bottle of antigel deisel stabilizer that keeps if from gumming up as it gets colder and some types can even displace some of the water in the tank before it gets to the filter if you have particullary bad fuel suppliers

Lastly, don't give up! As a last resort you can try a small spray of starter fluid near the intake before trying to turn it over... but it might jsut come down to turning it until shes warm enough to budge:

IN super cold - synthetic oil
If diesel - MUST be plugged in for 4 hours before cranking.

You can get a hose and put hot water on the engine for 10 minutes.

I found the problem, the spy lamp flashed on the dashboard, water in fuel filter i changed it, f''>>>ng fuel suppliers. These are the consequences of ex-communist countries.
Thank you my friends for all your support.
