The state at any point can say no to letting it back on the road and then I am out the money. Thanks for everyones input, I hate so see another Disco go, but if I find that deer we are gonna have words. I am glad no one in the car was hurt, and at least I still have a LR3 to drive until I get another Disco. Thanks everybody
I live in GA as well, So if you buy it back you must have it fixed....you cant just use it for parts or as a trail rig??

What kind of running condition is it in? Seems like a shame to let it go to a junkyard or crusher.

I was born in Griffin Ga, and went to school and worked in Marietta as well as around Atlanta..

It would be nice to get a $6000 payoff and get to keep the rig as well. You could always sell as is to someone out of state, but you probably don't want the hassle either.

You may be a Redneck...............

Wow, what a great payoff amount from the insurance company for a 98. I would take the cash and run before they change their mind. $6700 will by you a really nice D2 in Dallas.
