hi guys, as of today, my hood won't open nor will it budge at all!

i pull back the hood release switch, and literally nothing happens (yes i've also tried pulling harder etc etc etc)

anybody experience such related problems?! i'm lost as to what i should do now. is there a way to open the hood without first utilizing the hood release switch?!

You need a new hood release cable. Have you tried opening the hood while someone pull the release?

Try pulling the cable andusing the other hand tohit the hood at the same time. Its works for me.

pulling on the hood release button whilst someone trying to lift and push the hood didn't work!

i will try the pulling on the hood release cable tomorrow. just to be clear, instead of pulling on the actual switch, i just try pulling on the cable behind it right?! seems tough with the lack of hand room in that area but ill try!
