Does anyone know what the the small rubber diverters at the end of the plastic windshield cowl are called?

I replaced the broken cowl, but noticed that the passenger side rubber doohickey has disappeared.

The photo below is of the one that was still there. I expect the other side is probably mirror image.

It is hard to Google up a replacement without knowing what it is called. The Google image search also failed to provide anything useful.

If you also happen to know a good place to get one, or know the part number, that information would be greatly appreciated.
