Near constant drivetrain whine now...
made it without issue...phew! No increase in noise afterward either. Would Lucas oil stabilizer do as it claims and decrease whine in transfer case / diffs? or should I just continue as-is until it decides to worsen and thus allow me to determine the noise's origin?
Overall I'm impressed with the vehicle's performance...1600+ miles over the week, zero failures, 16.6MPG with AC on 85% of the time. Burned no oil. Eh, pretty uneventful overall. No exciting tales to tell.
Thanks for the responses...Brian

I would go through and change the drive line fluids again.
Thats cheap to do and it def wont hurt, it may even help.
I prefer 85w-140 gear lube.
