It's so minor barely worth mentioning... But the dash plastic on 03/04 is pure black while earlier D2s are dark charcoal grey.

Taillights, front bumper, front grill, and foglights are different.

In the brochure LR says there are 50 new engineering advancements in the 03/04, but not sure what they are.

Besides having a 4.6 they also have heavy duty trans and torque converter for the added power of the 4.6.

But I have to say there is not much difference besides headlights and 4.6 motor.
