I have an 04 Discovery and I would like to connect to the trailer connector provided behind the right tail light assembly. Does anyone have any info on the manufacturer/part number for the mating connector, or source info? I know it's a long shot, but I thought I would give it a try before I whack it off and wire in a different connector (difficult access). LR dealer wants approx $250 for the trailer kit containing the connector wired in a fashion that does not work for me.

I went to Autozone, bought some standard 4-pin plug and adapter thingy for ~$10, and just cut/connected the wires to the new plug. Took 30 minutes, works great.

You can see the stock plug near the bottom/right, where I spliced in the wires to the new one.
