Spike555 Date 1/19/2008 12:05:44 PM OK, so I looked at some of those Jeep Pics, and most of those shouldnt have been stuck. Most are out of stupidity and the wrong tires. A few I can understand why they are stuck.
But I know that my stock Disco could have gotten through 90% of what I saw.
HA I think I might go join that fourm so I can post a pic of me pulling a Jeep G/C out of a ditch. And then never post again... For me its Land Rover for life.

OK guys...its been a while since I started this post about a Disco I was interested in...but Ive been working on trying to make a decision.

Here is a link to the "expedition ready" disco I found close to home. Its now listed on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2000-...em160204244750

His "bottom line" is $12500...so he told me. I was hoping he would say about $7500-8000....like I said, I was hoping he would say that....

I dont think he will get his reserve price (12,500) based on the fact that as of now, he is at $5100.

he doesnt want to have to deal with shipping and such....sure wish he would be ready to "give it away" to me!

BTW:
I found another Disco that Im interested in....but its "loud"....the dealer said it just needed a new belt...that is what it sounds like...a roaring belt (not a squeal)...but Im kind of afraid of other issues that it may be (pump, alternator, etc). Now sure how to describe the sound.

Enjoy the pics of the Disco....Id love to have it.

Thats waaaay to much. At MOST he should have it at $10,000-$10,500. My guess is he thinks the extras are worth more than they are. Extras might cost alot for the owner but when it comes resale time they should hardly effect the price. There is a percentage for exact calucaltions of extras but I cant remember right off what it is. Its pretty small. Its a nice truck, and looks cool but his price is way to much considering mileage and that its a 2000. If he gets that much for it then someone got played or REALLLLY wanted it.

Tell him that you'll give him $11000 and that he could get it over with right now, instead of going on with that ebay sale.
