new problem ?

Yeah all misfires are even cylinders, the UG doesn't come on when I start the truck. If while the truck is running I plug it in or if I leave it plugged in, it might come on down the road. I have another tester I can plug up to see if it's the wiring or the UG. Doing some reading does the IAC valve affect both banks or is it separate?

Every case of misfires on just one bank I've ever heard about on a D2 came down to either an intake manifold leak or something with the exhaust. One guy had a bad cat that was partially plugged, causing one bank to misfire.
I had a D2 that wouldn't idle, and the ECM was getting a bad speed signal, and it always thought it was going at least 88mph, so the idle routine never kicked in. Very unlikely, but still something to look at.
You can also look at the IACV and make sure it's not gummed up inside. You can clean it with carb cleaner if the valve inside is stuck or sticky.
