Double triangulated 4 link front, that's the first time I've seen that on a disco. I wish I could run the numbers on that, see what the stats are like.

ZG, I was thinking the exact same thing. Looks like the driveshaft would want to bind quite a bit from this angle.

Custom radius arms fully articulating 16" coil overs.

EDIT: Found a D2 TD5 wit custom castors on 33's and 11'' shocks (not sure if that number is right, just got it from the website)

I believe if you're able to run ballistic joints on the D2 front radius arms you'll gain a bit of flex, I know Mike Widener has that on his d2 with a 4 link rear.

I wanted to run a heim joint with a misalignment spacer as the upper. That would give you more flex up on the upper and less bind on the lower polys. But I guess it rides terrible, and heims don't last long.

I wouldn't run that lol. It lets your pinion angle jump up and down and its limited by your shock bushings and driveshaft binding

yeah, I think you'd be looking at at least annual replacement on heim.

That is the shadiest thing I have ever seen on a D2, do not do that.

Custom castor looks good and performs well, it is about the same price for a 3 link though. Just no rerouting of the exhaust. I'm sure both will climb rocks like a goat.

I wouldn't try that hinge set up on a desk chair.
