I wouldn't buy an 04. I'd rather ride a bike.

the 03..is probably the rocker. Easy. Besides, I've seen rovers with the tick for thousands of miles.

That rolling frame and this would be a perfect cheap truck if you have a 2 post lift

Yeah, a perfect, cheap, RED truck

I've decided to pass on this as well but it's in the same vein. I spoke to the owner and this was a low speed rollover, he sent me the pics and the roof was cut off but the truck was straight so the frame is good.

I mean at least that frame has the power steering reservoir and fluid. Rover PAS fluid is expensive
