The RAVE has electrical schematics in color. They point to the relays and IDM module that is part of the "electronic" backside of the fuse panel. If testing indicates a new one, a boneyard or a dismantler like Paul Grant would be better price than stealership.

The IDM module will resync with the BCM if key is left in position 2 for about 10 minutes.

But check all fuses involved first. Could also be the BCM which is a more complex problem. It needs a shop level computer to resync with ECU and odometer, etc.

Do these not have a normal flasher like the old vehicles did? That's a super easy and cheap fix if so.

EDIT: I'm reading RAVE and it appears it may not... Doh! Also, FUSE #14 in Engine Compartment seems to control the flashing.
