Default No Crank and no start

Ok, I just picked up my D2 yesterday after not having it since Thanksgiving (the whole dropped sleeve new engine thing...but that is another story). Anyway, I go to start it today and there is no action at all. Lights, radio etc are all fine, everything lights up on the dash but when I turn the key all the way there is nothing there. Its like its not in Park. There must be a kill switch that wont deactivate or something simple.

It started and ran fine yesterday and then today nothing.

Any advice would be great. Thanks.

When you turn the key on and push on the brake, can you them move the shifter out of park?, if so, try starting it in Neutral, or wiggle the shifter a bit whilst holding the key in the start position. Another thing to check is the tightness of the battery cables at the battery. I've seen where they were loose, all the lights and accessories would work but not enough amperage for the starter. HTH

I can move the shifter out of park and I did try to start it while in N. Still nothing. I also tried to wiggle the shift **** but there is very little "wiggle room".
I will take a look at the battery connections.

Just wanted to post a follow up.
It appears as if my problem was that the starter was shorting out. There was a loose connection at the ground post and the solenoid connecting wires. Not sure how that happened but I replaced the starter and SO FAR it seems good now.
