install went fine, but I'm still getting the same readout. Either this is another bad switch or the problem is elsewhere. I took it to my Land Rover guy to read the tranny codes and he said the switch was showing the correct gear in his system and after adjusting the linkage and the switch still couldn't get it to show on the cluster. I'm going to take apart the center console and see if it may be a bad shifter assembly or the wiring is messed up in there. Only negative is it's well below freezing here in Chicago so I've been slow to get around to things.

Just a bump here. Took the center consol out and everything seemed fine. I'm at a loss here can't figure it out....could this be a BCU error? Is there something I'm missing here?
