Default O2 sensor question ..... Replacing both sides

Hey guys. I had my CEL come on yesterday with a P0150 code (O2 sensor malfunction bank 2 sensor 1). So, I first want to make sure the this is the pre-cat sensor on the passenger side that I am looking to replace. The other advise I was looking for is I know you should replace all the O2 sensors at once, but mine only have about 35,000 miles on them. That being said, would it be ok for me to replace just the one that is malfunctioning? I vaguely remember someone once saying that you must replace them at least in pairs (both fronts or both rears) but I am a bit tight on money and would rather do it as cheap as possible. Any help will be much appreciated.

Oh and I wanted to know if there is a difference between the NTK and Bosch sensors. Is one better then the other. Thanks

Hmmm I looked on amazon and I can't find that deal. Not too much higher, but I found it for like 118 for two. Are the Bosch fronts model number 15175? Thanks

You realize that 98% of O2 codes are due to the need of a tune up right?

I am guessing by tune up you are referring to plugs and wires. I have 8mm magnecor wires and Bosch fusion plugs that I put in the truck right before I did the oxygen sensors last (so they have about 40,000 miles on them). Spike, should I look into doing that again? I would think I would get more life than that out of them but then again I have been wrong before.

Well something is not adding up here, your O2's are only 35k old and your plugs are 40k.
Soooo, spend $115 on O2's or $20 on plugs.
Just go buy a set of cheap copper plugs, install them and save your "old" plugs, clear the code and drive like normal.
See if the code comes back, if so replace your O2's and put your "old" plugs back in if you want.
If the code stays gone then dont worry about it.
