Power Window Units The Same On Both Sides?

Front Driver Door and Front Passenger Door Window Regulator Units interchangeable? '99 Disco II.

More info: The RF door regulator has a little plastic roller broken in half in the guide rail. Is replacing the whole regulator unit the only option?

Not interchangeable and the entire regulator needs to be changed out.
