Haha, I guess growing up around multiple businesses gives you a little bit if an edge talking to sales and customer service people. Polite and reasonable to a fault, but still firm in what you require from the company and knowing exactly when you need to to ask for a supervisor, but not before, will get you a lot of places. Really though, Amazon is the best customer service I've ever worked with. Microsoft on the other hand...
