Default O2 sensors only work when warm

Hello all,

I am still working on all the kinks with my newly-installed engine. I've been driving it for the past few weeks and it has been running great, smoother than it ever has. The only major issue I am having is some pesky O2 sensors. Got codes for the front 2 after installation. Replaced with sensors from Atlantic British. Codes went away.

Started it yesterday and got O2 codes right away. Drove it down the road and once it got up to temperature, ultraguage said that it was in closed loop. Cleared the codes, they didn't come back. Monitored the O2 sensor voltages -- none of them were "stuck". They were all moving.

Started it up today, again got O2 codes right away. Once it warmed up, all was good. Getting good gas mileage 17 mpg or so highway.

Any ideas?

Do you remember what o2 codes you are having? This sounds crazy but that happened to me few weeks ago and just drove the truck, it disappeared by itself. Try not resetting the code yet for couple of miles.

Alright, so I've had:

P0134
P0135 (pending)
P0155

Mainly the first two. Also have a P1117 pending for the radiator coolant temp sensor, which is broken. New temp sensor on the way.

I'll try not resetting tomorrow. It always comes back fast when I cold start it.

Update: I drove the Disco about 30 miles today. As usual, service engine came on right after startup. Once warmed up, O2 sensors started working and went into closed loop. Did not clear the codes and the service engine light stayed on for the duration of trip and trip home. But the Ultraguage did show it in closed loop most of the time.

Codes:
P0135
P0155
P0134 (pending)

I called Atlantic British, still waiting to hear back.
