Did you notice any coolant loss?

Range Rover? Because the electric fans, nah I am testing out a Ford Fusion dual e-fan setup.

A slight leak but no drip from the inline housing(sensor fitting I think). The overflow tank is just over cold full.

I would have thought the pressure would equalize by now, still flat.

@Sandman614 is the return hose from the rad to expansion tank hooked up and clear. And does the hose return to round if you remove the cap

I saw coolant returning to the tank when I was filling. Yea, just took the cap off and it sucked air in.

Try running it up to temp with cap off, and tank raised but watch the temps, over 200 you should shutdown

She's nose down my driveway, I'm gonna turn it around and run it up to temp and see if it'll take anymore coolant after dinner.

I think I got some air out, at least I saw air bubbles in the tank. Went for a ride and it didn't get as hot granted it's 10-15F cooler ambient today. It's still cooling off after my ride but it's been parked for at least 2 hours and it's not as flat as it was the last time.

At this point take the simplest route pull the thermostat, rebleed leave it out and go for drive. You could have a problem with the thermostat, rad cap or the bleed hole in the thermostat could be blocked. The hose collapses because of a vacuum created when the engine cools if it still does it with the thermostat out.

Try running with the cap 1/4 to half turn loose, leave the thermostat out, if you still get a flat hose it could just be the hose or something else preventing normal coolant flow.
