Default Oil Filter cover

Wife has had no complaints with the 03 disco all winter, thanks to all for the productive reading....

I was changing the oil this past weekend and wondered if there was a black plastic cover on the under skirting that should be in the hole where I reach up to get to the oil filter, something to protect it from the road elements. Looks like it might be a round piece with 3 or 4 tabs on it to hold it in place. Am I correct? Anyone have a Part number, I'm sure its a dealer item.

Off to read about aftermarket oil temp/pressure units.

Most of us who do work on our own trucks throw away the entire plastic bottom panel

I have the OR package with the skid plate that has the small access plate. I went to Home Depot and got stainless phillips head screws of the type that has the tapered heads. The tapered heads fit perfectly in the countersinks on the plate. It has been along time, but I think they are M6. I spray the screws with WD40 every time I put them back and have not had any further problems.
