The lifters and cam look really good with absolutely no wear on the lifters so I will keep them (until next HG).

VALVE STEM SEALS.

Jesus, you have no idea how much of the oil these engines burn leak in through there.

With all the other oil leaks I had I would never know! My machine shop is reworking the heads next week so I can cross that one off the list. I also decided to go ahead and do the ignition system - coil packs, plugs & wires. They have about 35K miles on them but again, since they are already out I might as well replace them again.
