Scott!!! I've been fighting a P0441 fault since I pulled the engine for the rebuild and just now discovered that the SAI solenoid and the purge valve plugs are interchangeable! DOH!!!

I feel like a dumbass. Just switched them around, we'll see if that takes care of my CEL...

Unfortunately, I've already replaced the SAI solenoid AND the purge valve... LOL

 

Resurrecting this old thread. What is meant by “SAI solenoid and the purge valve plugs are interchangeable”. I have replaced both the purge valve and solenoid but still have the p0441 error.

 

try cleaning your gas cap and spout with scotch brite
