If I had been clearly thinking, I would have run the air conditioner again BEFORE I had fixed the drainage lines after I had dried the floor mats out and seen if the water
was coming in from ONLY these lines backing up. but alas....

I'll watch these 2 other sources as being culprits if water re-occurs.

As XRAD said, mine had water pouring into the fresh air intake (for the HVAC blower). I made a plastic baffle above the intake to direct the water away. (Sorry, I neglected to take photos). This was the reason my D2 was dirt cheap, as the water had gotten into the ECU and caused the engine to not run.

you mean the 1 1/4" 4 ft long section under the hood that has the foam embedded inside it? you built a piece of plastic to direct water coming in via the hood and send it down below the engine and out I'm assuming.

This There was a TSB issued many moons ago by LR.

If and when your sunroofs leak there will be signs of water intrusion near the upper A pillar headliner area.
