@Jason_B No my 04 was a bitch to get started, but once it got loose it just popped out took a week of penetrating oil driving and trying to get it to that point. They are just a press fit, when I put it back it stayed fine

You could try high temp RTV, mark the point where the tube hits the valve cover then put it just below all the way around. And wait a good 24 hours for it to set, JB weld would work too but same thing just enough to hold.

 

@Jason_B got the little booger out - it was in there. The important bit stayed good and round (bottom) slight oval at the top and some slight vice grip scarring. I will get some pics up for you
