So you need the belt tensioner, replace both idler pullies at the same time as well and the belt.
Then before driving you must find your coolant leak, if you can't find it, then fill and bleed your coolant system and go see a mechanic.
By the way, per your picture, you are still running the old style upper rediator hose, that has to be replaced, they are well know for failing. So when ordering all the other stuff get the new style hose that has the bleed screw built into the "Tee" no the hose.

Nick, Disco Mike makes a great point on replacing the 2 idlers and the tensioner pulley, in addition to the hoses.
Nick, you are correct on taking off the center bolt holding these pulleys to replace them.

Once you get the new tensioner you will see how to replace it, but yes, simple as unbolting the old and re-bolting the new.
