Howdy All, I'm a new member to the forum but have owned & enjoyed my 2003 Disco II for a couple of years. I've been learning a lot about these vehicles and have spent a lot of time "fixing" things, like most other owners. Doing research on the internet, I came across an engineering company that specializes in enhancing vehicle oiling systems. The following email below, I received in response to my inquiry to the company if they have considered tackling the LR 4.6 oil system. They are looking for someone who could donate a cover for the 4.6 engines oil pump gears in performing preliminary research.....I don't have one otherwise I'd ship it to them. Check out their website and consider if you have a spare used cover, sending it to them. Regards, Gary Payne

Well, this is the second time I’ve heard it. Do you have a spare housing that’s is in not half bad shape? Looks like its 600 bucks down just get to get a sample here.
