Power seats both not working...

Your power probe actually drives power? That's awesome. The thing I have doesn't do that.

Cool. Resistance test all the wires from the control unit to the motors. You should have between 0.1- 0.2 ohms. If you have a reading of OL, that means the wires are shorted to ground and not completin the circuit, Hence the blown fuses. If all wires test in the range, then I would consider replacing the BCU.
