Default pushbar ID and winch options?

finally got a chance to snap a pic, heres my new '00 disco:

can anyone ID the pushbar? Is it a LR factory option part, or aftermarket?

and second, can i mount a winch to it, or do i need to change the bumper and get rid of the bushbar? i see two holes on the middle bar of the pushbar that seem to be a mounting point for something fun i hope

That is a factory LR brush guard. I had one on mine, but I sold it and put on a DAP hidden winch mount with a M8000 warn winch. For serious offroading I would get rid of the bumper and use a winch bumper with a 9000Lb. or higher winch. The stock bumper is too low. I mainly use mine for street and winter driving.

it is mounted to the frame and will take light bumps and does a good job protecting the lights and the plastic bumper underneath. if you want to keep the factory look you can keep that brushguard on, if you want a winch i have a hidden winch mount for sale. it will bolt where the brushguard mounts and then you can just cut a hole in that silver mesh down low on the bumper and the winch cable comes right thru there. if you are interested shoot me a PM. im in westchester ny.
