I've ordered the radiator. I've already done the 180 degree stat and the HD fan clutch. Thanks for the suggestions though. This cooling system SHOULD be top notch once the radiator is replaced.

While the radiators from Genesis auto parts ($111-126) fall in the same boat, they do have the added benefit of several positive reviews from this site. If you MUST go with a cheapie radiator, I would go with that one, but a Nissens would be better.

After doing a search and reading reviews, I went with the Niessens. I plan on keeping the truck for some time. Since it only has about 94k now, I hope to double that

yes. Nissens is the best. Thanks Savannah for that suggestion.
Take the rad out as one assy.
Key is taking the horns out. Getting a nut off of a bolt in there - or a bolt out. Forget.
Unhook the 4 hoses by pushing forward on the coupling and unhook them.

On the ground, move all the coolers and parts to the new radiator whilst they are side by side. This is better than fussing with it all in situ.

Alright, thanks for the help everyone. I replaced the radiator and aux fan motor. Not too bad of a job. Temps are consistently around 188-194. Awesome! This is with the hd fan clutch, new water pump and lower temp soft spring thermostat as well.
