REALLY Stiff SLS

I was going to say Mike's not a weirdo but definitely weird. Anybody that knows as much about Rover as he does and still loves them can't be right in the head.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear it. I agree the longer shocks in the back are required. I'm not really a car guy, just love my Disco, but why would the front be OK with the 2inch lift springs, but the rear not right with the spacers? I figured it would be the same all around. I have the rear OME springs would I have the same problem if I put those on or are the spacers just a little too tall?

Mike,
You asked me to measure from the ground up through the hub to that black trim piece. I've got 35 1/2 inches in the back and 36 1/2 in the front. That's with the car off, and on a fairly level piece of pavement.
Thanks for your help on this. 1 inch seems significant, but I'm not sure how it's effecting my ride.

OK, I've got them level. I did a 50 mile offroad trail yesterday. The back end did seem better, still not a squishy as the front, but not too bad. At about 35 MPH on the trail EVERYTHING rattled. I'm pretty sure that's to be expected though. Now, I think I need to address shocks that are too short. When they extend fully I get a huge THUMP from the back end. That's probably for another thread though.
Thanks for your help!
