Are both sides dropping or just one, have you checked for leaks?

 

Yes both sides had droped this morning
If i drive a short distance they pump back up.
How can you tell if it leaking ?
What are bags?
Will it damage anything drive the back end flat down?

That is your rear suspension. Have you never crawled under your truck to see what makes it tick?
Yes, besides the fact you can damage your truck, the police will ticket you.
I take it you are not mechanical so do you have a shop other then the dealer you use?
