Default Rear Windows Broken

I'm new here, just bought a 1996 Disco this afternoon. When I got home I found the rear windows don't go down. I checked the switches, and the ones for the rears don't get any power like the front switches do when you turn on the ignition. I did swap the switches around just to make sure they themselves work, and they're fine. Could it be the ECU, or something else? Where is the window ECU located? Obviously not the yellow box under the center console, as the front windows still worked when I disconnected that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The ECU (should you determine that it's your problem) is on the passenger side, under the glove box. It's the middle "unit" sitting between the ABS ECU and the fuel pump ECU. Best of luck to you...I just fixeda problem with the front windows that started with "my front windows won't go down"!
