if you can pop the inside door off and check for voltage at the connector in side the door with a voltmeter.

Check the fuse under the seat. If it is good, check the heater element. It plugs in under the seat and you can ohm out the element.

last discovery that i had this problem a window lift ecu fixed this

mine does the samething and i have to hit the back of the center console and they will work again its a bad connection some where but im to lazy to take it apart
