i thought about welding up my sunroofs a few times.
so your headliner is perfect or you have discolored bits and it's hanging too?

Mine was looking like crap too....
I will see about getting a pic up of my fix...
If you are patient,
I was able to remove the clear coat from the area that was bad
Lightly sanded the wood left behind,
Used a varnish from home depot...
Light sanding between about 12 coats.
Looks great and matches up perfectly.
I just put a couple coats a day on. Did not tape off just free handed it.
Well worth it.

well let's assume the before shot is something like Jafir's post. how about an after shot? what did you do about that screw in piece above the box?
