Default Roof Cracking?

The roof on my Rover has probably never been waxed and the paint suffered greatly... So today I buffed, clay bared, then waxed my roof and I just noticed this on the back passenger side of the vehicle... does this look like cracking paint or does it look like my roof is falling apart?

I might be taking my headboard out again to inspect it further...

And now that I'm looking at it the sealer for the back windows is flaking like crazy... is there a way or an ATV to use to reseal the windows?

Looks like plain old paint failure in the pix, the roof is steel. For the windows Black RTV?

Hopefully you're right, I might be painting the roof in the future if that's the case... I don't want the body to start rotting on me... and is that easy to do?
